Abstract
The article presents generalized indicators of quantitative and qualitative measurements in the six regions studied, reflecting a comprehensive analysis of regional priorities. Priority sectors contributing to economic growth and the factors influencing their development have been identified.
As part of the study, work was carried out to identify the priority industries of the regions and identify the factors influencing their development. In this context, the opinions of the expert community and the population of the region on the future of the regional labor market and the strategic vector of regional development were of great interest and particular value. The image of the future of any territory depends both on the current political and economic agenda, as well as on those expectations and forecasts that are realized and articulated in the public consciousness.
A comprehensive study of strategies and tools for advanced staffing and regional development has shown that creating an effective personnel training system requires a systematic approach, interaction between all stakeholders, and flexibility in response to changing conditions. The results of this study can serve as a basis for further development of personnel policy and regional strategies, which will ultimately improve the quality of life of the population and the competitiveness of the regions.
