Abstract
This study is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience in maintaining plants and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in agriculture. The main objective of the work is to study effective approaches to financing agro-industrial enterprises used in countries around the world to implement best practices in Kazakhstan. The work preserves the key ideas of organizing state support for agricultural producers, including the provision of subsidies, concessional loans and microfinance. The scientific innovation of the study lies in the systematization of various financing methods, which allows for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of state regulation of agricultural business. The practical value of the work lies in the development of recommendations for adapting the most effective financing instruments for use in the context of Kazakhstan. The contribution of the study is to propose models of financial support that can increase the sustainability of agribusiness and food security in the country. The results of the work can be useful to government agencies involved in economic policy, as well as entrepreneurs in the field of agriculture. The purpose of this study is to study the international methodology for financing agriculture, as well as to consider the possibility of adaptation to the realities of Kazakhstan.
