Call for Reviewers
The Editorial Board of the scientific and practical journal “Memlekettiк Audit – State Audit” invites qualified specialists to cooperate as peer reviewers.
The journal publishes scientific and scientific-practical articles in the fields of state audit, financial control, economics, public administration, budgetary policy, and related areas, adhering to the principles of academic integrity, independent expert evaluation, and international standards of publication ethics.
Manuscripts are reviewed under a double-blind peer review system using a structured evaluation form.
Requirements for reviewers:
- an academic degree (PhD / Candidate of Sciences / Doctor of Sciences) or proven publication activity in the journal’s subject areas;
- experience in research and/or expert activities;
- publications in peer-reviewed academic journals;
- proficiency in academic analytical writing;
- compliance with confidentiality and publication ethics principles.
Responsibilities of the reviewer:
- preparation of an objective, well-reasoned, and scientifically grounded review of the submitted manuscript;
- assessment of the study’s scientific novelty, methodological soundness, practical relevance, and compliance with the journal’s scope;
- adherence to established review deadlines.
Terms of cooperation:
- peer review is conducted on a voluntary, non-remunerated basis;
- a reviewer certificate is provided upon request;
- the possibility of publishing an article with the reviewer’s participation without payment of an organizational (processing) fee.
