Abstract

Foreign practice emphasizes the strategic development of state bodies, the need to implement reforms and annual assessment of government agencies in order to increase their efficiency. The work substantiates that in order to build a model of a “Fair State” in RK, the public administration system should be improved. Here the main vector is based on the quality of digital services for citizens and legal entities. The following methods were used in this study: bibliographic review, logic, tabular statistical, factor and comparative analysis, econometric modeling. The main results of the study include: the evolution of creating an assessment of government bodies from the point of view of optimizing the sphere of public administration in Kazakhstan is revealed; economic and mathematical modeling was implemented to establish the economic factors that have the strongest impact on the quality and quantity of government services offered, which include increasing wages and optimizing the staff of government officials in our republic; recommendations are presented for improving the quality of public services in Kazakhstan.

The value of the presented research lies in the implementation of scientific and experimental work and the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of the provision of public services in Kazakhstan.
