Abstract

Ways to increase  the investment attractiveness of alternative investment funds Based on the changes taking place in the structure of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan,  it is necessary to increase the financial literacy of the citizens of the country and improve financial literacy in learning to invest in alternative funds. Over the past fifteen years, the topic of alternative investment funds has attracted the attention of both scholars and investors around the world. This is directly related to global trends that determine the development of the global monetary and financial system. In addition, the number of commercial banks in the country is decreasing, and at the same time the need to attract investments into the country's economy is increasing.

In the global financial crisis, it is very important to look for passive sources of investment resources. Sustainable economic growth is possible in the case of the most rational use of the accumulated savings in the economy for investment purposes. The securities market facilitates and expands the access of all business entities to obtaining the necessary financial resources. That is why today the securities market is a unique important direction of development of the economy of Kazakhstan. The stock market is a mechanism that helps issuers to accumulate financial resources of investors and increase their savings by investing in securities. The role and importance of the securities market is becoming more and more important, because the degree and development of transactions with securities directly reflects the level of economic development of the country. Today, the securities market plays an important role in raising funds for business development, increasing production efficiency, financing infrastructure projects, and filling budget deficits. Thus, the securities market is a part of the financial market where securities are issued and sold, an indicator of the market economy and the main financial lever. Investment is undoubtedly a necessary tool that allows a person to achieve financial independence and improve the quality of life. In the current situation of Kazakhstan, the level of financial literacy of the population is quite low, which explains the significant difference in the number of people with passive income in developed countries and in Kazakhstan.
